Incogniton is an antidetect browser. Each browser profile has its own fingerprint, cookies and storage, so you can keep many accounts apart on one computer. What the fingerprint cannot hide is the IP address. When all profiles connect from the same IP, websites can tie them together. A separate proxy per profile gives every identity its own connection.
In this guide you connect a FonProxy proxy to an Incogniton profile, check that it works, add many proxies at once and match the browser settings to the IP.
Before you start
You need:
- Incogniton installed and signed in.
- A FonProxy proxy. See the pricing page, or get one from the free test.
- Your proxy details from the FonProxy dashboard, under Proxies. The copy buttons give you the full line.
Which product to use:
- Rotating residential with a sticky session. Fits many profiles in many countries. You choose the country and keep one IP per profile through the username.
- Static IP (static/ISP, private or mobile per-IP). Fits accounts that should always log in from the same IP. Each IP has its own port and keeps its country for the whole period.
Get your FonProxy credentials
Open the FonProxy dashboard. Every proxy you own is one row — host, port, username and password. Hit Copy next to it and you are set.
- Host & port — the same host for all proxies, a different port per proxy.
- Username — your base username, with country or sticky-session suffixes if you need them.
- Password — unless you added your IP to the FonProxy whitelist, in which case leave it empty.
Build the proxy login
Every FonProxy proxy uses the same host. Your port and username are in the dashboard.
| Field | Example value |
|---|---|
| Host | fon.ac |
| Port | 20001 (one port per proxy, starting at 20001) |
| Username | u_4f1c92ab07de-t_30-s_iall27-c_us |
| Password | YOUR_PASSWORD |
For rotating products, you add settings to the base username (u_4f1c92ab07de):
- Country:
-c_plus an ISO code, such as-c_us,-c_gb,-c_de,-c_bror-c_jp. Leave it out for any country. - Sticky session:
-t_<minutes>-s_<sessionid>. Minutes are 15, 30 or 60. Pick any short session id, for exampleiall27. - Without the
-t_..-s_..part, the IP changes on every request. That is fine for scraping, not for logged-in accounts.
For antidetect profiles: use a sticky session, give each profile a different session id and pick the country where the account belongs.
For IP products, the username has no suffixes. Use the base username and the port of the IP you need.
FonProxy supports HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. If you do not want to use a password, add your IP to the whitelist in the FonProxy dashboard.
Step by step with screenshots
Add a proxy to a new profile
- Open Incogniton and click New profile.
- Fill in a Name, for example
shop-us-01. Group and Tags are optional. Keep the recommended Browser version. - Open the Proxy tab of the profile and choose Custom proxy.
- Set the Connection type. Choose HTTPS for FonProxy's HTTP proxy, or SOCKS5.
- Fill in the fields: Proxy (ip:port)
fon.ac:20001, Proxy usernameu_4f1c92ab07de-t_30-s_iall27-c_us, Proxy passwordYOUR_PASSWORD. You can also paste the wholehost:port:username:passwordline from the FonProxy dashboard into the ip:port field and Incogniton fills the rest.

Example only — the field names change between antidetect browsers, but the FonProxy values stay the same.
- Leave the rotation options off. FonProxy changes the IP through the session id in the username.
- Click Check to test the proxy.
- Click Create to save the profile.
To change the proxy of an existing profile, click the more options icon next to it, choose Edit and open the Proxy tab.
Check the connection
First, the built-in check. Click Check in the proxy section. Incogniton connects through the proxy and shows the result, including the location of the IP.
Then check from inside the profile:
- Click Start to open the profile.
- Open any IP check website.
- It should show an IP in the country you chose, not your own.
- Reload after a few minutes. With a sticky session the IP stays the same.
If the location looks wrong but the IP is right, the lookup database may be off. In the Proxy Library form, the Proxy provider setting lets you switch from Main provider to Backup provider for the location check.
Many profiles at once
Incogniton keeps saved proxies in the Proxy Library in the left menu. To add many:
- Open Proxy Library and click + New proxy.
- Click Bulk add at the bottom left.
- Paste your list, one proxy per line, or click Load from file for a CSV.
- Choose a Group if you like, then click Add.
Each line uses ip:port:username:password. Here are three samples, each with its own session id:
fon.ac:20001:u_4f1c92ab07de-t_30-s_k3m9qa-c_us:YOUR_PASSWORD
fon.ac:20001:u_4f1c92ab07de-t_30-s_p7x2lb-c_us:YOUR_PASSWORD
fon.ac:20001:u_4f1c92ab07de-t_30-s_w5d8rt-c_us:YOUR_PASSWORD
In a profile, open the Proxy tab, choose Proxy Library and click Select from Proxy Library. Give each profile a different entry.
You can also create profiles with their proxies from a CSV. Click the arrow next to New profile and choose Import from CSV. The proxy columns are Proxy_connection_type, Proxy_proxy_url, Proxy_proxy_username and Proxy_proxy_password. Put fon.ac:20001 in the URL column and a unique username in each row.
Match timezone, language and geolocation
The browser should tell the same story as the IP. Incogniton fills these in from the proxy IP by default:
- Fill timezone based on IP sets the timezone to match the proxy.
- Fill WebRTC Public IP based on the IP makes WebRTC show the proxy IP.
- Fill location based on IP sets the geolocation near the proxy location.
Keep them on. Also check the profile language and make it fit the proxy country.
If Incogniton cannot read the IP data, turn these off and set the values by hand. Use the timezone and location of the proxy country. For WebRTC you can enter the proxy IP or set it to Disabled. For geolocation you can enter coordinates or choose Block.
Watch it in the app
The Incogniton team has an official video that walks through the same screens. Use the FonProxy values from the table above wherever the video enters proxy details.

Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Fix |
|---|---|
| Auth failed or HTTP 407 | Copy the username and password again from the dashboard. Look for spaces and make sure suffixes are joined with -. |
| Timeout or "Proxy connection failed" | Check fon.ac and your port are in the ip:port field. Make sure the Connection type matches. Try SOCKS5. Test the same proxy in a normal browser. |
| Wrong country | Check the -c_ code. Use ISO codes, for example gb. Try Backup provider if only the shown location is off. For IP products, use the port of the right IP. |
| IP changes mid-session | Add -t_30-s_<id> to the username. When the sticky time ends, the IP can change; use 60 minutes for long sessions. |
| Whitelist login works on one PC but not another | Whitelist sign-in only accepts listed IPs. Add this computer's public IP in the FonProxy dashboard, or use username and password. |
Frequently asked questions
Custom proxy or Proxy Library?
Custom proxy is fine for one profile. The Proxy Library is easier when you manage many proxies or reuse them.
Which connection type should I choose?
HTTPS for FonProxy's HTTP proxy, or SOCKS5. Both work. Try the other if one fails on your network.
How do I get a fresh IP for a profile?
Change the session id in the username, for example s_iall27 to s_iall28, and restart the profile.
What does a red lightning bolt mean?
The proxy works but is slow. Try a different session id or a country closer to you. Want to try it first? Get a proxy from the free test (https://fonproxy.io/en/test) and set up your first Incogniton profile.
