For APIs and sites that don’t check who owns an IP, datacenter proxies are the fastest and cheapest option. The rate limit applies to each address separately, so spreading calls across many addresses lets the job run in parallel. If a target starts returning 403, you can switch to Residential from the same balance.

If the site doesn’t check who owns the IP, yes. Public APIs, many news and search pages and your own services work fine. Shops with bot protection usually block hosting IPs.
