Success rate sits around 97-98%, rotation works smoothly, and sticky sessions actually last as long as advertised. Before this I was with a cheaper provider and kept getting blocked halfway through runs, which wasted hours. Here it's been consistent, even during peak evening hours. Support replied to my one ticket in under an hour with an actual answer, not a copy-paste. Only thing I'd change is adding a few more Eastern European locations, but that's a niche need. The onboarding emails contradict the dashboard in a couple of places, which cost me about an hour of troubleshooting, and the auth docs assume you already know what you're doing. Support did respond in reasonable time and was genuinely helpful, not scripted. Performance-wise, about 7 of my 10 IPs have been consistently fast and 3 are hit or miss depending on the time of day. They offered to replace the slow ones, which I appreciate. So: functional product, fair price, rough edges. Three stars feels right.
