Proxies work but speeds are inconsistent. Some are fast, some are slow. Support is helpful though and offered replacements, so I'll give them another shot before judging fully.
Read full reviewI'll be honest and detailed because balanced reviews helped me more than either hype or ranting. The product works, that's the bottom line. But the experience around it needs polish. The onboarding emails contradict the dashboard in a couple of places, which cost me about an hour of troubleshooting, and the auth docs assume you already know what you're doing. Support did respond in reasonable time and was genuinely helpful, not scripted. Performance-wise, about 7 of my 10 IPs have been consistently fast and 3 are hit or miss depending on the time of day. They offered to replace the slow ones, which I appreciate. So: functional product, fair price, rough edges. Three stars feels right.
